Ministry work requires both spiritual and financial resources. Our field trainers are covered in prayer, receive a modest revenue stream for their work and are equipped with training and "know-how". They can provide you with discipleship training, seminars for men's events/retreats, resources and 1:1 consultation. Field trainers generally serve churches within a few hundred miles of their hometown. Man in the Mirror is no longer taking applications for Field Trainers but is seeking full-time, self-supported Area Directors. Serving Pastors. Training Leaders. Transforming Men.
