Vision:
To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

John DeButts was the CEO of AT&T just prior to it’s breakup in the 1980s. At the zenith of his power, he had over 1,000,000 employees scattered around the world. DeButts retired. Not long after, he had a leg amputated.

He later said, “In spite of all that money, power, prestige, and influence; do you know that as I lay there in my hospital bed, not one person came to see me, called me on the phone, or dropped me a card. But there at my bedside tending to my needs day-by-day was the woman I had ignored for 30 years.”
