To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

An Honorable Way to Leave E-mail

NOTE: The origin of this idea started with a friend.

Recently a church experienced a number of people and families leaving. Many of those people had their feelings hurt because no one from the church called to find out why they left. From the church's perspective, they left without telling anyone, so why call them? A lot of people were left with a bitter taste.

Problem: Many people that leave church drift away, and don't feel love tugging them back. Other people have a beef with leadership, and almost slink away in shame. Still others fall into sin and disgrace, and simply find it easier to start over somewhere else.
