To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

Members of Congress Gather to Pray Weekly E-mail

Last Monday evening, September 22, 2008, I was invited to speak to the Congressional Prayer Caucus by long time Man in the Mirror friend and supporter, Congressman Randy Neugebauer of Texas.

Started in 2005, each week Congress is in session, Congressmen and Congresswomen who love Christ and our country gather in Room 219 at the Capitol—just off the floor of the House of Representatives.

On the day I joined them, about sixteen Congressmen and Congresswomen trickled in from making a vote on the House floor. Apparently, it is almost unheard of for so many members of Congress to gather in a single meeting—four or five is usually considered a “large” meeting.
