To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

Questions to Grow Your Church in 2007 E-mail

Growing a church includes adding new believers, growing those believers, and calling those believers to serve. It can be said many ways, but Jesus summarized it well in Luke 6:47: “I will show you what he is like who comes to me (evangelism) and hears my words (teaching) and puts them into practice (service).”

Evangelism, teaching, and service are the three parts of a disciple. This has come to be known as the Great Commission—or “making disciples.” As we teach elsewhere, a disciple is someone who is called to walk with Christ, equipped to live like Christ, and sent to work for Christ.

The central mission of your church is “to make disciples.” As you reflect on your 2007 priorities here are some questions to consider with the leaders of the church who determine direction:
