To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

The best principles for leadership and management-whether business, military, government, education, or religion-come from the Bible. Here are four thoughts which derive from God's word using Paul's "serving as a soldier" metaphor in 2 Timothy 2:4.

Reliable Men

First, if you want to win a war, you will not stand on a street corner handing our rifles to everyone who passes by. Instead, you will identify and recruit those capable of service. They will have to pass a test. Not everyone will get in. Paul put it like this: "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others" (2 Timothy 2:2).
