To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

The 2006 Leader's Pledge E-mail

NOTE: This document was presented to the 22 Table Leaders (small groups) at our Friday a.m. Man in the Mirror Bible Study. It was reviewed at our annual half-day planning retreat in January. I did not ask them to return it. Instead, I asked them to sign it, then have someone attest to it who will hold them accountable. It can apply to leadership at many levels. Feel free to adopt or adapt it as you please.

But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown (Matthew 13:23).
