About Man in The Mirror

Vision:
To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

When we build the kingdom into a man’s life we want him to become many things: a worshipper, a worker, a steward, a servant, a neighbor lover, a man committed to social justice, a man who does his work unto the Lord, one who shares his faith, and a Godly husband and father.

However stated, these represent the priorities for most of our churches. However, these are too many priorities for you as a leader to keep straight in your own mind….how much less your typical man? If you try to build a ministry model that makes worshippers, workers, tithers, etc. your ministry is doomed. It will be a system perfectly designed to muddle along (which is worse than outright failure because you keep wasting valuable time and resources on it).
