When we build the kingdom into a man’s life we want him to become many things: a worshipper, a worker, a steward, a servant, a neighbor lover, a man committed to social justice, a man who does his work unto the Lord, one who shares his faith, and a Godly husband and father. However stated, these represent the priorities for most of our churches. However, these are too many priorities for you as a leader to keep straight in your own mind….how much less your typical man? If you try to build a ministry model that makes worshippers, workers, tithers, etc. your ministry is doomed. It will be a system perfectly designed to muddle along (which is worse than outright failure because you keep wasting valuable time and resources on it).
