To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

Suppose you wanted to start a company to make computers. You put together a business plan to manufacture 100,000 computers over the next 5 years. You raised $100,000,000 from an investor. Five years later your investor returns and asks for a report. You say, "We're doing great! We did it! We produced 100,000 units! We made 15,000 refrigerators, 10,000 toasters, 21,000 microwave ovens, 50,000 lava lamps, and we're up to 4,000 computers!

Your investor replies, "Wow, 4,000 computers. That's only 4% of what you projected."

"Oh yes," you say, "but look at all the other useful things we've produced!"
