To engage every man in America with a credible offer of Christ and with resources to grow.

Mission:
Serving church leaders who are reaching men.

If you take virtually every problem in America today, at the root of it you will find the failure of a man (e.g. 93% of prisoners are male and 85% of these come from fatherless homes). Today there are approximately 98,000,000 men in America, 63,000,000 of which don't know Christ. Only 8,000,000 of these are active in discipleship. This would be the equivalent of 12 guys playing on a football team and only 1 of them knowing how to play football.

Now, no man fails on purpose – most wake up in the morning wanting to succeed.

Our desire at Man in the Mirror is to come along side pastors and men’s ministry leaders who are equipping men for success.

The Man in the Mirror Summit 2010 E-mail

Now that our 2010 annual meeting is in the history books, we want to encourage you with what happened.

 On the weekend before the Super Bowl, 160 pastors, denominational leaders, field network trainers, and laymen converged on Orlando for 48 hours of compressed vision casting, training, encouragement, and spiritual renewal.

 John Waller, whose music is featured in the movie Fireproof, set the mood with powerful worship music and we all adopted his Our God Reigns Here as our battle cry.

 On the opening night we walked down memory lane as we celebrated God's faithfulness in reaching our goal of impacting 10,000,000 men by 2010. We also announced that our Board of Directors and Management have "rebooted" the ministry for the next decade. Our restated vision is "For every church to disciple every man." That's why we exist. Our mission--what we do day-to-day-is, "Serving Pastors. Training Leaders. Transforming Men." And our new goal is, "10,000,000 men leading powerful transformed lives by 2020."
